Our products are made to order through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printify. Because each item is custom-produced after an order is placed, slight variations in color, print placement, and size may occur. These differences are considered normal and are not defects.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, and product availability at any time without prior notice.
3. Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, or violations of these Terms.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time your order is placed. Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.
5. Production and Shipping
Because all products are made to order, production generally begins shortly after your purchase. Once production has started, orders cannot typically be modified or canceled.
Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Since products are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

● Incorrect information provided by the customer
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can review your claim and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect information provided during checkout.
